“Food represents part of the culture of a people, each dish, how it is born, tells a story”

This restaurant is the dream come true of young entrepreneurs from the regions of Abruzzo and Puglia, who opened its doors in 2017. Raised in a family that runs prestigious hospitality businesses in central Italy, we managed to make Buono a reference point in Almería in a few years. This success is thanks to the efforts of a team of dedicated professionals in a constantly growing project that has never lost its original philosophy: allowing diners to experience true Italy through their palate and feel at home.

Our dishes are crafted by great experts we've brought from our country, carefully working with each ingredient. This meticulous approach turns pasta, pizzas, and other items from our inclusive menu (with gluten-free and free- options) into delicious culinary gems. For example, we blend exclusive Italian cheeses and cured meats with the unparalleled quality of Almería's produce.

The popular pizzas are made with sourdough, just like the bread we bake in our own ovens to offer a high-quality, homemade product that's as natural and healthy as possible. This allows customers to savor the authenticity of traditional food, the kind our grandmothers (nonnas) used to cook

We always work with the most artisanal ingredients from Italy, being pioneers in the province in bringing a wide variety of gourmet products directly from our homeland.

We also support local Almerian craftsmanship by using handmade clay tableware from historic pottery in Villa de Níjar. This supports a kitchen where tradition and innovation go hand in hand.
